I was VERY disappointed when I came in there this morning (March 11, 2010). I ordered a couple of sausage mcmuffins, a couple of hashbrowns and a coffee that was supposed to be black w/double sugar. When I got to work and opened my coffee I was very disappointed to see that my coffee had cream in it. Now, fortunately, I am not allergic to dairy but this is something that the employees need to really take seriously because they aren't aware of any allergies. I've often times ordered hamburgers (Big Macs, Quarter Pounders, etc) with out onions and have come across onions when I go to eat. This will not stop me from coming back but I think that it needs to be mentioned to the employees what it means to be extra attentive to the customer. As a McDonalds employee alumni (4-1/2 years in the beginning of the '90s) I know exactly what it means from a McDonalds stand point. Thanks very much for your time, Wendell Dallinga ..More Reviews
